What you are buying
A licence to use Shelfmirror, a program that runs on your own Windows computer. You pay once. This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, and nothing is billed again later.
Your key
The key is issued in your name and unlocks the full version on one computer. Please do not pass it on — a key handed to someone else is still issued in your name.
Delivery
After payment you receive an email with the download link for the extension and with your key. It is sent by hand, not by a robot, so allow up to 24 hours. If nothing has arrived after that, write and it will be sorted out.
Refunds
There are no refunds. That is what the trial is for: 25 listings or 14 days, whichever comes first, at no cost and before you pay anything.
The reason is not stinginess. The program runs entirely on your own computer — there is no server, no account and no telemetry — so from here there is no way to tell whether it was installed, used, or used for a month. Please spend the trial before you buy: it is enough to see the program work on your own catalogue.
Updates
Updates are free, and your key keeps working with them. There is no upgrade fee.
Facebook and eBay are not ours
Shelfmirror works with Facebook Marketplace and eBay, and neither of them belongs to us. Their rules, their prices, what they allow to be sold, whether Marketplace is available to your account and in your country, and whether they change their pages tomorrow — none of that is under our control, and none of it is promised here.
What is under our control is the program: if a change on their side breaks it, fixing it is our job, and the fix reaches you as a free update.
What you are responsible for
- Your own eBay and Facebook accounts, and following their rules.
- What you list and sell, including goods that Facebook does not allow.
- Deciding how much to publish per day — the cap in the program is your own setting.

Write by email or WhatsApp; the contacts are below. You reach the person who wrote the program, not a helpdesk. It is one person, so no response time is promised.
Law
The law of Israel applies to this sale.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change for future sales. The terms that apply to you are the ones published on this page on the day you paid; a later change does not alter what you bought.
